I like the support at the bottom of the shoe. The heel to toe design is great light jogging and power walking on pavement. Unlike the Arabic 7, it is slip resistant on wet floors indoors and stairs. My only complaint is lack of arch support. I have yet to find a Hoka shoe with adequate arch support. I ended up purchasing a set of insoles to provide the support that I needed.
