Normally I wear a size 8 shoe, but Nike shoes tend to run slightly small. I go through running shoes about every 4 to 6 months, and I've tried to cut corners, buy a less expensive shoe/brand, etc. Every time I swayed away from this Nike shoe, I've paid the price. Lesson learned. \n\nI don't have flat feet, so this shoe's shape and structure work great for me which is to say that if you don't have \"regular\" arches, I don't know if this shoe will work for you. The cushioning provides comfort and support, even with my bunions, without feeling too \"airy\" or like I'm weighted down. \n\nI wear a lot of Nike shoes for fashion, but these are my absolute favorite for running.
