I could feel my cold rifle laying in my lap through the pants. These are glorified sweat pants. I regret taking the tags off this morning because I don’t think I can return them to Scheels. Way too expensive for the lack of performance. I’ll be wearing my thick, noisy Walmart camo this evening because at least it’s warm. The medium were way too big, small is on the verge of too small in the waist. I was able to wear 2 base layers. Length is roughly 2\" too long, but with boots its not a problem. I was out in high winds, single digits. I was cold, but found them comfortable considering they are only mid weight!
