I contacted customer service and was asked to provide photos of which I did. I was then told I had to ship it back. I sent it back with the pre-paid label. Never heard from Ugg even after sending an email. Several weeks later, I received the robe back in the mail with a letter stating that the warranty would not be honored as the damage was done due to wear and tear. Are you kidding me? I had this product for less than a month and only wore it twice. Although Ugg states there is a one year warranty, they do not hold true to their word. This product is not worth the money. However, I was immediately disappointed when the product arrived. The pictures lead you to believe that the robe is thick and soft, similar to their faux fur blankets, yet I was surprised to discover that the material is significantly thinner and lighter than expected. Additionally, I'm not sure if I received a defective product but the robe was already pilling before I even tried it on. I initially didn't have a problem paying a higher than average price for a long-lasting product, but the material feels cheap and prone to tearing.
