Due to the holidays and not having time to return them, and because I urgently needed a new pair, since my old ones were very worn out, I decided to keep them. And the heel is too large. A coworker suggested getting an insole for the heel in an effort to keep my foot from going to far into the front of the shoe. I will try that, but I may end up returning.
