It was our first experience with Trek and so far I’m not impressed. Usually the chain issues happen while on a walk, and due to the chain gaurd you need a screwdriver to fix it. We removed a link in the chain, and it still doesn’t work properly. Her and her friends believe it’s an electric bike because it goes so much faster than her old one. From a parents standpoint, I love that it came with a kickstand, has wide tired and is super lightweight compared to other 20 inch bikes.
