SHIPPING RATE EXCEPTIONS

Additional Shipping Surcharges: Some large or oversized products may incur an additional shipping fee. This surcharge is calculated based on the item's size and weight and may include, but is not limited to:
- Basketball hoops, grills, fishing rods, large exercise equipment, etc

TAXES AND DUTIES:

Taxes: Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. All appropriate taxes will be added to your order total at checkout.
Duties: We charge duties upfront on each order, so the price you see at checkout is the full landed cost. You will not be charged any additional fees after your order crosses the border.

Shipping: We ship from our store locations in the USA, unless the item is specified as a direct shipment from a vendor. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, though it may take 2-3 business days to update. All orders are routed within Canada for duty-free delivery.
