Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping
  • The estimated processing time for your order will be shown in the checkout when you select a shipping method.*
  • Most orders placed before 12:00pm CST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm CST will ship the following business day.**
Delivery
  • Orders usually arrive 2-4 business days after they ship, but an exact delivery date cannot be given in case of delays through USPS or UPS.
  • Orders that ship directly from the vendor or require a shipping surcharge to accommodate larger items may take longer for shipping and delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will get an email with tracking information. You can also go to the tracking page on our website to track your order. If you don’t find an email from us, we suggest checking your promotion or junk folders before reaching out. If you still don’t see anything, feel free to contact us and we can look into it!

*Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped and where it is being fulfilled.

**Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

  • All returns for online purchases are free.
  • Print a prepaid return label to send your package back.
  • If you don’t have access to a printer, you can contact customer service to mail you a return label or return your order to any SCHEELS location*.

*To return to any SCHEELS location, please bring your confirmation email and provide your order number. Our in-store customer service team will be happy to assist you.

  • Scroll to the “Apply a SCHEELS Gift Card” section
  • Click the plus sign icon on the far right side to expand the section
  • Insert your gift card number and PIN.
  • Press “Apply” to activate the gift card.
  • You can also check your gift card balance to see how much your order will be discounted.
