Nothing screams burgers like a backyard BBQ and a Blackstone. This recipe is so simple and quick, you will want to use it every time! Start out by heating up the griddle and rub on some butter. Ball up your ground beef, slap it on the grill, and use your burger press to smash it down. Repeat with all of your patties, then sprinkle on our favorite burger dry rub, the Kosmos Q Texas Beef Dry Rub. As the patties begin to brown and crisp up, flip them using your Blackstone Hamburger Spatula and smashing them again using the burger press. Once those burgers are done, melt some sliced cheese on top by covering them with a basting cover. Toast your buns, build your burgers, and top them with all of your favorite toppings!
