The 45 cooler was all scratch and damaged. I tried to contact customer service about it and I am still waiting on a response. I tried to contact other yeti departments for an exchange in the same color and no one is replying. The cooler seems to be used or damaged on the warehouse. It is unacceptable that after spending so much, this is the service you receive.
