Unless you are herculean in wrist strength, when you pull back the ball, the tubing is so strong...your wrist goes back, rendering the ability to launch the ball much further than 30 feet impossible. I can thro the ball with more accuracy and distance than I can with this ball launcher. Think of the slingshot call the wrist rocket...has the same tubing but also has an extension off of the handle that wraps around your forearm and allows for an easy pull back on the tubing and projectile.
