I chose this as a practice ammo to be an analogue for the hotter self defense rounds I usually carry. These are +P+, not just +P, so definitely take that into consideration before plopping them in your antiques or high points. If you have a compensated pistol, you'll notice your compensator working even better with the higher pressures these function at. Compensators love hotter rounds.
