The product came with extra plastic pieces (all four corners at top) that were not taken off during the molding process and the bottom had strings of plastic hairs. One is they used to have a rubber gasket available on some models, they should bring that back, even if only to sell it separately for the customer to install. second is the tie down points are a very bad design, hooks on straps or bungee cords or just rope will slide off easily if not pulling straight down. Just a few simple lugs with holes in them would be a great improvement.
