What kind of customer service is that??? I'd understand if the battery loses some charge after 2 years, but its nothing but a paperweight now, I have no functioning auger, and am stuck having to buy a new expensive battery. I have 10 year old Milwaukee batteries that still hold a charge and work well. If Strikemaster (Rapala) would've stood by their product, I'd be a loyal customer.
