Also, when you hit stop, the treadmill halts immediately, with no cooldown period to ease off.\n\nAll in all, the NordicTrack X16 is a top choice if you’re looking for a quiet treadmill with solid performance and built-in entertainment options. I ordered it because of the sale Nordic Track was having. For an over $3000 price tag, I was definitely looking for something a little more. It runs well. The programs are all nice. I don't like that I have to keep turning the screen speed controls and graphs on, like it can't remember that's my preference. I really don't like that at random intervals it logs me out and I have to have my phone nearby to scan the QR code to log back in instead of the option of using my password. It's loud. On the whole it does its job, but I won't be springing at any future upgrade sales again.\n\nI just want to take a moment to note that Nordic Track/iFit's customer service is terrible. There was an issue with the ordering and it took talking to 3 different people to get figured out. I received an email from a customer service rep asking for this review but first asking me personally if I had any issues. I stated the issues I mentioned, and asked a few questions. Days, weeks, now months have gone by. Still no reply. Why ask a question if you don't care about the answer?
