Within three days the motor developed a tick noise and needed replacement. The new motor was louder running than the original tick. The rebound system has so much noise I had to lubricate the suspension daily and it still made no effect. I worked with Scheels technicians who were great and gave a good effort to fix the treadmill, but you can’t fix something so poorly made from the factory. Minor issues I could have looked past if the machine was mechanically sound include: poorly fitting plastic trim, plastic trim with visual defects, touch screen is somewhat small and not responsive to touch at times.
