While the company offers a replacement power cord, they offer no assistance in replacing the small piece on the massager head that easily comes off. This device would be better if replacement pieces were available, or even alternative pieces for the one that comes with the device. Hoping another company's device/sound heads will be compatible since Implus customer service and service manager is unwilling to find a way to help. As far as recommending a friend - the device itself works GREAT... but because of my experience needing a replacement head, something tells me for this price other companies will offer better customer service or alternative types of heads and replacements, so I will be checking into it. I would rate it 5 star on everything if it were not for this experience.
