I bought size 10. 5 in the regular width. Everything is fine except the toe box is too roomy; I know there are many different shapes of feet but I need a combination of tapered and regular width. The tapered width toe box is smack on but the tapered width heel box is painfully tight. That might mean I need a custom built skate with a tapered toe box and a regular heel box. I heard that custom built skates are pricey so I didn't go there.\nI contacted CCM but they didn't reply. I can't afford to gamble $1000 on the hopes that the tight tapered heel will 'mold out' with baking.\nOver the last 30 years I have been cutting my own toe box inserts out of blue camping mat foam for my previous CCM 652s etc. but there is a product on the market now called PowerFoot; Max Pacioretty uses them.
