There website makes it sound like it’s an easy return. It’s not. They send nothing with the shoes. The box came in an envelope and it got wet. After not being able to get the shoes on, I had to research how to return them. It took weeks to get a refund and they charged me for the original shipping cost. Bait and switch as far as I’m concerned. Same good fit, with adequate room for my slightly wide feet. A snug fit, that prevents shoe movment when twisting your feet, and, good grip on slippery surfaces.
