The original Ghost Max is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I have worn all of my original Ghost Max shoes down and needed to update. Unfortunately it seems like when Brooks has a good thing going they change the shoe completely. The new Brooks 2 and 3 don't fit or feel the same. Way to tight in the toes, and the the heel is cut shorter and the back of my heel feels like it is going to slip out of the shoe.
