They sent me a 25% off next purchase for the trouble which was nice. I went to order another pair but the 25% off offer could not be applied to either pair of shoes I selected. My shoe size is wide/double wide and has been my whole life. I found that there were now little to no shoes in my size and did not find any that I could use the 25% off offer. It seems like every time I find a shoe that fits the manufacturer changes the last (pattern). New Balance used to fit me perfectly, but now, while the toe area is wide enough, the heel is too loose, giving me blisters. The instep could be a little higher for me, too. Makes it impossible to shop for shoes online, since every new shoe is a different fit, not matter what the size.
