As a 5'2\" girly, this cropped version fits PERFECTLY, and sits so much more naturally compared to my old Denali. I also think it's a more modern look. I'm so happy I finally bought it. If you're looking for something just like the old Denali, I would buy the Men's version. For reference I am 5'2\" 145 pounds and a medium fit perfect. Nowhere in the description does it say that the new jacket are cropped. I bought these jackets multiple times in the past and they fit below my stomach at my hips. This year's jacket is the same size that I always buy in women's And it hits just below my belly button we wear jackets in the winter to keep warm and not to show how cute our stomach looks under the jacket. I'm very disappointed in this fit, and that North face did not mention anything about how short the jackets are this year. I'm also very disappointed in the customer service options.
