The newest update seems to have a slightly thicker back band and bigger clasp, which makes it easier to close and offers a bit more support than my other ones. The straps are stretchy and super comfortable, while also being adjustable. I wear these bras everyday, they are so comfortable! It’s great that I can go straight to a low impact workout like walking or hiking without having to use a separate sports bra. I had doubts about support, but I was pleasantly surprised. During my runs and jump roping I really didn't notice it at all. After a few wears what I did notice was that it really allowed me to focus more on my workouts and less about where my bra is tight/loose. I especially love the side coverage it provides, as I've tried thin-strapped bras before and felt I needed more coverage for support. I'm a 36C and grabbed a M (C-E) and it fits true to size, so stick to your size! I strongly recommend it for long runs, HIIT, or any low intensity activity as well. I prefer to have light support because I typically don't need a compressive feel for a secure fit.
