Almost instantly upon wearing my Clifton 10's, the pain has reduced considerably and is almost completely gone. They had to go back and I got another pair of black Bondi. I love the Challenger 7 with that 5mm drop but it seems they replaced those with the Challenger 8 with another 8mm drop. But When you're as SCREWED UP as me you can't where ANY shoes, my left one seems to like pushing on the sole of a shoe when I'm walking and stading. So the left side of my foot ALWAYS hurts, this is new for me with new shoes. Usually this happens as a sign to me my shoe are worn out and I need a new pair, so I don't know what's going on. I've seen 3 different Podiatrists for Plantar Fasciitis and NONE even cared, so I can't see another one cus there's none close to me. I am not a runner, and the shoes did not receive heavy use, so this level of wear is surprising and concerning. It appears the shoe may not have been very well made, as the sole is coming apart much earlier than expected. I previously reached out regarding a warranty claim, but was told it could not be processed because I no longer have the proof of purchase. Unfortunately, I do not keep receipts that long. I was issued a warranty claim (which took weeks to process) and then,Hoka sent the wrong pair and told me to send them back for an exchange. 30 days later,several days and hours later on Live Chat and I still don't have shoes to replace the original pair. I asked to speak with a manager and was told it could only be done by email and I have to wait another 24 hours......I have asked for my money back.....I would not purchase Hoka again bad quality and horrible customer service. So I was able to order my size and color on Thai hula site. The shoe is much more narrow in the toe box and feels a size shorter than in the store. Very disappointed. They don't have wide or X-wide in stock. Now what do I do.
