If you have kids you know how dirty their jackets can get. Just after two washes filling inside clumps up and looks terrible not to mention it does not keep them warm. Unfortunately if out of return window you are of out luck because the only option you have it to send it out for repair pay for shipping and then they give you option to pay for repair, or the best they will do they make you pay 50% for it or send it. back without the repair !! It seems a bit ridiculous to pay to repair the filling by filling the jacket with the same material. Needless to say VERY DISAPPOINTED with the product as well as the costumer service.
