This is NOT a foul-weather tent. In a strong wind, the tent design allows wind to carry rain under the canopy and spritz everyone inside. \n2. If you are unable to zip the bug netting (doors) you will have no defense against mosquitoes, flies, and other critters. There isn't a double zipper that also zips a door in place except for the rain fly. Very bad design.\n3. The headroom is great, but, there is so much surface area on the sides that it feels like the tent is going to take off! We were in a squall on Yellowstone Lake and spent 2 hours pushing against the side to keep it down during the storm. You will be well served to get some 12\" stakes for the corners and guy lines. \n4. The zipper pulls are not reflective and that is an issue when you have to get rid of 32oz of rental beer. \n5. This may seem strange, but when you stand up and need something to hang on to, it is pretty much featureless. We ended up stringing para-cord up high from corner to corner to help this situation. \n6. Lastly, it does set up pretty quickly for a four-person tent but this doesn't fix the other issues we felt were more important. Set it up in the back yard for your kids in their Jammie's. We love the fact that you can stand up in it and it's got the whole bag thing finally perfect. Of course this isn't going to be a backpacking tent but it is really good for car camping or any camping out there! We also love that the front area is really easy to step in and out of and that you can take off shoes easily with it. Also very breathable with the big screen door.
