Roke after 2 months of wear. Columbia wanted me to pay to ship it back to them for repair and said it would take at least 4 weeks to get it back if it was fixable. Admitted that their zippers break often and suggested, as an alternative, a zipper repair kit (that I would also have to pay for). Customer service was not helpful, evasive, and finally offered 10 percent credit to purchase a new coat from them...which also didn't help because my son needs a coat now. My son used this the first day we got it. We went for an evening walk (for about an hour) with our neighbor and it was in the low 40s/high 30s. No complaints about being cold at all. In fact, when we got home, I asked him how the coat worked and he said it kept me warm and I still am! I love that it is longer also. It is at or just above his knees so keeps cold/wind out. It has Outgrown also so happy this will last a few winters since we can extend the sleeves.
