However, after a week of no communications I attempted to contact Wheeler customer service to see when it might ship, I spent endless time on hold that was never answered. I resorted to getting a call back and when member did call me back 6 days after ordering the kit, I was told it was getting packed and would go out shortly (no definition of what \"shortly\" was). Another week went by with no shipping notification so anther call went to the company and was called back again and told again it was packed and awaiting shipment. Its now been almost three weeks and I cant even get a call back to cancel my order. So I'm through with this company and their poor customer service. I'll get my gun smithing tools somewhere else.
