The grommet that holds the back of the chair broke on one making it totally unusable within three months of using it at indoor soccer games. The second had a grommet break on the carrying strap. Not sure how these are constructed but I would think for $70 a chair should last more than a couple months. Very disappointed! Customer support said they wouldn’t cover them because they were in the sun. Come on, even if they were left out in the sun, THEYRE OUTDOOR CHAIRS. What would I change if I could? Fabric that is not lined with rubber, and possibly a bit higher of a back so your head has somewhere to rest.\nIssue one, the fabric is lined with rubber coating: when you’re sitting in the chair, your body heat creates a sweat against the non-breathable fabric, so on a hot day you are overheating, and when it’s a bit chillier, like at night time, you actually get a bit of a damp chill.\nSecond issue, we are not extraordinarily tall people, I’m 5’4 my husband is 5’10 - his complaint is that he has nowhere to rest his neck and head. I have the ability to Scooch lower in the chair and lean back, but I do wish it was a little higher so you could fully relax.\nAs far as the general comfort and quality, I am very impressed. I love the Carry strap, and their lightweight enough to not be a burden. My favourite feature is how compact they are when they’re folded up.\nIn general, I’m very happy with my purchase. I don’t want to return them, I wish they would modify it. Definitely did not last as long as I thought it would after about 2 years the nuts and bolts started breaking we had to fix ourself the fabric was ripping in multiple places. A friend of mine told me they have a lifetime warranty so I did go ahead and utilize that.
