I was asked by the representative what do I want them to do about it, unbelievable and unprofessional. I pushed the issue and have to send video of the knife running so they can take a look at it. I will be contacting our local stores that carry Bubba and for warn them on the poor customer service from Bubba. My original batteries are still going strong as ever too! I assume the lithium will fit when the day comes to replace mine?? Bought the knife set for home too and they are extremely sharp and make meat carving a pleasure.
