Might have worked swell on a normal R.H. upper, but I did not have on on hand to verify that and it was advertised as working for both. This Delta Upper Clamp was given the test today and it worked out great. Since my rifle is the 9mm version, the right side of the upper is different since it's not spitting out a .223 shell, rather a larger diameter 9mm and the block wasn't fitting in that spot. But I was able to clamp it just below that, placed it in my $20 bench vise and was able to torque my barrel not without any issues.\r\n\r\nI watched many videos and reviews of several devices, and this one seemed to be the best one. And so far I believe it was. It will also work on my 5.56 AR15 in the future, so well worth the money.
