{"reviews":[{"id":6576449,"locale":"en_US","rating":3,"title":"Hit or miss, but in the end...... a great product.","text":"I purchased a bunch of items for a job, so this is a review on everything, but the shelf was just ok.\r\nThe bad:\r\nAbsolutely horrible packaging (a little part of the responsibility is the frieght company), the cost isn't cheap, not even a little bit. Because of the poor packaging 5 of the 6 panels I ordered had damage that needed to be fixed before installation and 4 of the 6 packages were missing the specialty screws required for installation \r\nThe good:\r\nI love the design of the product. It is strong, easy to work with, and looks great. Customer service was receptive, helpful and easy to work with (all through email) and sent me a couple of packages of screws (although they did not replace all the lost screws) and even though it took 3 1/2 weeks, they did send a replacement panel that they didn't have too. It is a great product, with poor and cheap packaging. The issues made the job run over schedule, which cost me in my pocket, but In the end, the client worked with me, and was happy with the \"eventual\" results of the build. I have used other companies panels and accessories without any of the issues, but I was not as happy with the end result of the build. Hopefully these guys can their \"stuff\" together. I much prefer their panels over their competition and would love to use th3m in MY personal project.
