It was purchased late last year and just now brought out to start putting together before Christmas time and we found out we are missing bag number 14. I called Lego customer service and they were happy to send me bag number 14 but said it would be coming out of Denmark and could not even tell me an estimated time frame that it would be coming in. It might come next week and it might not come until after Christmas, which would be unacceptable.
