Despite multiple phone calls and emails, Bowflex has been consistently unhelpful and slow to respond. I was told I'd get a follow-up call on July 17—that never happened. Every time I reach out, I'm the one chasing updates while getting vague answers or being told to wait.\n\nWhat's worse is that they've acknowledged the issue but haven't initiated a proper refund. I've asked repeatedly to cancel the order, and yet here I am, still trying to get answers while time drags on.\n\nI'm now at the point where I'm considering escalating this through formal complaints and legal channels—not because I want to, but because Bowflex has left me with no choice.\n\nThis has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. Sad, Bowflex used to have good equipment. Also sad that the JRNY Control Console is the root cause of their problems... JRNY app is a problem as other customers have also experienced. My support ticket is still open after 3 days. Apparently, JRNY owns the console and Bowflex is unable to answer many questions regarding JRNY's control console. Bowflex manual has very little on the JRNY console. My son is trying to lose weight so I got this for the two of them. Both are very, very happy with it and use it frequently. Machine is rated for heavier users and so it works great for my son and the variable incline keeps my wife interested in using it often. Broken for months and they laugh","text":"Received this in December and after getting it set up, the control board went out in late January. So while there was power going to the machine, it is in an unusable state. No ability to turn on the screen in and all controls are locked out. \n\nAfter getting the runaround from the support group, where they initially said they would get me a new part by the following week, they went radio silence. Then after having to call them back to get a status update, they finally admitted that it was on back order and I would not receive it for several months.\n\nAfter 2 months of waiting I finally received the part, only to be told I can't get a repair technician until the end of this month. This means I've had a brick for just about 4 months by the time they finally get it around to repairing it under warranty. During my calls with them they indicated that they would not provide me any extended warranty before their lack of support and their backorder of parts. Burning through a third of my warranty on a brick based on their company issues is not a great feeling. \n\nOutside of the issues that I've had from the machine I would also caution people that the software is outdated and limited in capacity.
