Way better than compression shorts, the cup stays where it needs to even when running I’ve never found compression shorts that kept in place. Totally changes how you play the game when you don’t have to worry if you get hit there. They are tighter than some other brands but pretty sure they are supposed to be, it’s not uncomfortable at all. I get a mens small for a 30” waist and it’s good. I like that it doesn’t stick way out either, drawback though is not a ton of room in it even in adult size.
