I've been using it now for a couple of years. I have processed many deer worth of meat using it. \nMy only complaint is that LEM does not have a compatible cuber/tenderizer to fit this grinder. So far I've ran a full deer, a full cow elk, pork and beef fat/trimmings though this machine. Overall for the price it's a handy little grinder. This machine will fly through meat with a 3/8 plate. But beef fat really works this machine hard, but it will do it at a slower pace (blocked to 1\" cubes). On the fine grind (3/16 plate) it preforms well including fat. I really don't have nothing negative to say about this machine.
