I did change out the hooks as the ones that came with these spoons were too small for Chinook Salmon. I tried them in the South Fork of the Santiam River here in Oregon where we own property on the river a couple weeks ago and they had nice action. With all of the recent rains (05/06/2022), we are currently flooded out, which we have not seen in the 9 years we lived here and the river is still rising. By now, we should be catching salmon and steelhead. So, will update this review once the river returns to normal flows, hopefully soon! Yeah - there is no climate warming!
