To me they are not as comfortable as I keep reading. They are super light, but after a couple hours of listening the slight pressure before your ears is more noticeable (not bad but noticeable). The sound is incredible unless your ears pickup other sounds. Then you have two dueling sources of sound. The headphone usually lose. I won't wear these to the gym as they play muzak there and I don't want to hear both. I understand why they give ear plugs for swimming and I'll update this as soon as I can get in the pool. I love these so far, but they definitely have their uses and non-uses.
