Due to the hitch extension, I added an additional anti-wobble clamp to keep the rack stiff. The pivot feature with the swing down ramps works good. I trust the Pivot Pro to secure my 2024 Quietkat Apex XD e-bike. If needed, you can remove the battery to reduce weight on the rack during transport. The rack is way too have for no reason. The ramp is too narrow. I regret paying $1300 for the rack. Next day heading out to hunt in the dark. One of the screws came out of the tire holder fork. Let front tire fall off rack and tire caught in cattle guard. Pulled tire off and bent front forks.\nMake sure you check all screws before and after traveling, use extra straps, even though you shouldn’t have to.\nI do like the bike rack, easy to load bike, seems well made.
