The battery tray would not come out. This was brand new and had to send it back for REPAIRS. Was on the phone for over an hour talking with them and sending pictures and videos of what I thought the problem was. Then had to another week and half to get it. Then all they did was replace the tray with a better fitting tray. Never used it yet. But the tray does slide in and a little easier. They should have just me a new.
