The battery tray would not come out. This was brand new and had to send it back for REPAIRS. Was on the phone for over an hour talking with them and sending pictures and videos of what I thought the problem was. Then had to another week and half to get it. Then all they did was replace the tray with a better fitting tray. Never used it yet. But the tray does slide in and a little easier. They should have just me a new. This has meant a connection to US Cellular at my location in the Michigan UP. The camera says signal strength is \"moderate\" but it fails to connect and fails to take pictures (because a weak cell connection prevents the camera from working). I put a 2. 0 camera (Verizon SIM) on the exact same tree, and it worked better (with me walking through the frame multiple times). Is the 3. 0 taking the pictures and just not sending them? Who knows . . . the 3. 0 internal SD card does not give you the opportunity to download the pictures - so, you have to buy an external SD card anyway. Great selling point there. Not.\n\nI have been dealing with Tech Support for the past week. They have been very timely in their responses, but, frankly, have not solved my problem. Not their fault, I don't think, but rather deficiencies in the product itself.
