There’s plenty of room for more ribs and side dishes so had to go second market for one. It comes in 2 packages and is packed so well there is no chance of any damage. Assembly is very simple and the provided bolts and lock washers & washers are packaged very well. It took me about 1 hour to unbox & assemble. You will need to download the app on your phone as this gives you very precise control of cooking time. The app will give you notifications of when your grill is preheated as well as notifications when your meat probes reach a set temp that you set. \nThe 1st time I used the grill was to do a burn in and test different temp settings. The grill maintains the temps you set. \nThe 2nd time of using the grill I grilled both chicken thighs and chicken breast. I did a slow cook at 225 degrees for 3 hours and then the temp reached 170 in the chicken. The smokey flavor is incredible. \nI would suggest that you cover the drip sheet with aluminum foil to make cleaning easier or you can buy the premade sheets.\nOverall this is a fantastic pellet grill & with it being all Stainless steel I will not have to worry about it rusting out. \nWhen I called to register the grill I got a human and did not have a hassle to speak to anyone. There office is in Athens, GA so you can reach them 7 days a week with any questions you may have.
