It gives immediate feedback and has gotten the girls to start driving the ball and really swing with power. I have had our 10u team working with 4 bands and getting a lot of them to get it 75% around which has led to a lot of success. Parents on teams that have watched us have walked over numerous times and asked about it and two rec parents even bought one for the teams they were assistants on. The only downside is the travel bag has holes on both ends so I am starting to have parts slip out and it is becoming a pain and I cant find a bag to replace it. He loves it. He takes tons of swings by himself when his Dad / Coach is not around. It allows him to get a lot of swings in in a short amount of time. It is amazing what 100 swings per day will do for a 9 year old who enjoys doing it. Also provides instant feedback on a good swing / good contact and sets him up for the next swing in a matter of seconds. It is also being used by his traveling team as one of the hitting stations during a practice and also as a way to get 20-25 swings in before a game. Well worth the investment. Easy to set up and take down. Very durable and sturdy.
