For me as an industrial electrician it checked all the boxes.. (Waterproof, comfortable, and super durable). These boots would not break down and I tried. I even talked myself into tossing them after almost 2 years. The fit was great. They are incredibly warm as well even without any thermal tech. I submerged my foot several times (up to the point the protection covers) when I first bought them and I didn't suffer a drop of water inside. As I would have expected but hey you never know.
