We have a young Australian shepherd/border collie cross who is extremely active and when we had him home in our yard, he had to constantly be tied up and this is a dog who loves to run and play with his ball. He was always getting tangled around a tree or tripping people- it was a mess. Now that we have the Halo collar he has a fantastic perimeter in our yard, which is quite large and then when we take him to our farm, he has a separate fence perimeter area, which is fantastic because we can draw out easily the areas we need him to stay away from like the road and then keep him on a large runnable 128 acres or working a smaller field. Our dog trained to it extremely easily with easy instructions on how to use and I have to tell you, I am not sure how we would’ve lived without this collar and this type of dog before we had ourHalo. Super happy and at first I was not keen with the pricing, but thought I would give it a try and see how it worked over a year and it’s been incredible. Definitely has paid for itself in our first year of using it and anytime I’ve had an issue and went for support they have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this type of fencing and collar to anybody.
