I like the software and the device but the temperature probes have been unreliable. I got it with defective probes and even the replacements have me guessing at temps. I will have three connected all showing different temperatures. I've had to go back and forth on offsets. I wish that I wouldn't got the pro and would've opted for the one with RTDs rather than Thermocouples. Constant wi-fi drops and terrible interface only to be told they were ceasing all app and operations with their unit. Ran a brisket for 14 hours a week ago for the initial run and this thing did not disappoint whatsoever. Setup is super easy, great app and great UI on the FireBoard itself. Internal battery so no need for a power cord, although for super long cooks a charger brick may come in handy. The clip for the pit temp probe is heavy duty and keeps the probe in place without touching the grill surface. I bought the fan too, as that is the money make for keeping the right temp.
