When researching this product, Scheels provided just enough details on the website to intrigue me to see more. Unfortunately, the Scheels website didn't offer redicle images so I attempted to get more answers from the store but I guess the manager who knew more about optics was gone when I visited and there was no optic available to look through so I bit the bullet and ordered this unit online with the pick up in store option. When I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, I was eager to see the optic....however, the specialists at the customer service counter couldn't find my order and suggested I return a week later. I called the next day where a customer service member said they had my optic so I picked it up on my 3rd visit to the store with no problem. I liked how the optic was packaged, however the unit was blemished. The rear sight was obviously installed correctly so I packed it up and went back to return it. Apparently fraud with optics must be an issue for Scheels because it was not an easy return. I answered 20 questions and had to show how the rear sight was off center at least 3 times to at least 2 different managers. Finally got the thing returned after pulling a few teeth. I thought about reordering as I didn't have a chance to check out all the optic's features but have a bad taste after all the issues I had. I'll shop elsewhere instead.
