The Little Bear fanny pack is what you need for your next outing for so many reasons - whether you're going hunting• scouting or just to your stand. With four various sized pockets and 500 cubic inches you have enough space to store your small gear and keep it organized. There is a removable shoulder harness so depending on your trip and the weight you are carrying you can bring it along or leave it at home. The padded waist belt maximizes the comfort level so you barely even know you are wearing the pack.
I was in the market for a badlands monster pack, but sold out. In the mean time didn't want to spend much money so snagged this little gem. Long story short I canceled the badlands pack as this guy does everything I want it to do. Has plenty of storage for scouting/saddle hunting. Lightweight, with quiet zippers. Has straps on top of the pack I use for my climbing sticks... one less thing for me to carry! No cons at all. For the price I feel I got more than my moneys worth!
Love the pack. It’s the right size for quick hunts or hunting from the blind. Just enough pockets and the zippers and materials all are very good quality. The pack deserves five stars but the reason for four is I also purchased the binocular harness which is also good quality and fastens to the pack nicely but it’s too small for anything but pretty small binoculars
There are two main reasons I love this pack. First the brushed fabric. It is quiet. My last pack was stiff and noisy. This one is silent. Even the zippers make less noise. Second. The harness has lots of room for adjustment. As a women hunter most harnesses will not adjust small enough to tighten as to actually transfer the pack weight to the shoulders. The ample adjustment is also big enough for a large man. Thank you ALPS and thank you Scheels for carrying such a diverse pack. It big enough to carry a full day of hunting supplies with snacks, a beverage and a lunch. You can't go wrong with this pack.
Very comfortable, spreads the load so you don’t even feel it. Well made comfortable pack. Only complaint is I don’t like where the placed the water bottle pocket, it’s a bit too far back which makes it difficult to retrieve the bottle.
Had it for 4 years now and it just started tearing down. To many straps and way to long. To much weight(30lbs) causes the lumbar support to become non existent and strap connection strain and tear. Pretty okay quality for small hunts but for long treks with multiple bags not so much. Good item for a reasonable price
