I load for NRL Hunter events for a few of us and loaded thousands of rounds but this press just could not handle Alpha Munitions brass. I used this press with Forster dies and most recently the zero dies. I could not get the brass to shoulder bump unless I held the top of the die down firmly with my left hand while running the ram. This was obviously inconsistent! I spoke to Area 419 and even sent dies back to them which they handled quickly and said they were fine. I used two different annealers, 3 lubes and even bought the Forster datum gauges at the suggestion of 419. If you search \"Zero press flex\" you will find I am not the only one. Many are threading a die into the back of the turret until it firmly contacts the press body to stiffen it up. Out of desperation prior to an event I pulled out my old Rock chucker and it sized my brass spot on and consistently. I finally told Area 419 my press had to be the issue and they said it was not possible and offered for me to send it in. I decided to cut my losses and just sold it. Area 419 was very responsive and I still love their stuff I just don't think this press is worth the bucks. If you search Chat GPT you will find the old Chucker is still one of the most consistent out there.
