It was just loose in a box with zero protection except a plastic bag basically. Unfortunately, it really just hasn’t been what I hoped. The plus package as a whole doesn’t seem worth the money, the bare bow would have been more ideal. The screws seem cheap and like to strip, the sight also seems the same and has some quirks, the paint or cerakote is ok but it shoots pretty good. The main issue I had was when the bow was delivered the cables were not attached to the cable slide. I would assume this was an issue from the factory but it was an issue I didn’t recognize for months. The cables ended up rubbing and wore into each other causing them to fray. I reached out to Bear support and they first said cables and strings aren’t warrantied (red flag) and that they couldn’t help. After I tried to clarify a manager took over the conversation and chose to accuse me and ignore my questions all together. The conversation went no where and was more of an argument than anything. I read through many reviews before buying this bow and read through more now, and it seems everyone has said customer service has been great, for some reason I didn’t. I’m not sure if I got a fluke bow and customer service manager but both have made sure that I won’t buy from Bear again.
